San Tuyet Tea
Shan Tuyet Tea (or San Tuyet Tea, Shan Snow Tea) is considered one of the most delicious Teas, compared to products from all the Northern regions of Vietnam. Shan Tuyet Tea is the specialty of some areas in the province of Yen Bai, Ha Giang. The most famous Teas are in Suoi Giang, Yen Bai and rocky plateau Dong Van, Ha Giang.
Description
Picked from the ancient Tea tree types grown at an altitudes at above 1400 meters and are processed by completely natural methods of the Mong ethnicity or the Dao ethnicity. Shan Tuyet Tea is the most clean, pure and precious Tea on the current market.
Shan Tuyet Tea has a special flavor of forest honey and a linger sweetness.
Preparation:
- Put one or two teaspoons of dry tea into the teapot.
- Use some boiling water to clean the tea. Then rinse out the water.
- Add 95°C boiling water to the teapot, then leave for two to three minutes until the tea infuses in the water.
- Enjoy the tea.
- The tea can be used again up to three to four times.
