Black Tea CTC

Black Tea is a type of tea made from fresh tea leaves whose enzymes are not eliminated, allowing further oxidation and the Tea leaves essentially turn black. Black CTC (Crush, tear, Curl) Tea is produced according to the method developed by the British in the XIXth century. The Tea leaves are chopped, dried and crushed by the metal blades, then put in a centrifugal barrel to turn into a small ball shape.

Preparation:

- Put one or two teaspoons of dry tea into the teapot.

- Use boiling water to clean the tea in the teapot. Then rinse out the water.

- Add boiling water to the teapot, then leave for two to three minutes until the tea infuses in the water.

- Enjoy the tea.

- The tea can be used again up to two to three times.
